What A Perfect Accident?

•One perfect sunny day as I was cutting the grass not far ahead of me I saw little bird combing the grass insistently looking for the best part to pick up. Curious, I turned off the motor to rest myself and start observing the little bird that suspiciously glided me on the side in a gesture of "thank you" in my humane understanding. After a little while, satisfied with its finding the free spirited little bird sang "tue, tue…tue, tue" and disappeared in to the air. It sounded sweet and kind and again I accepted the cue as a thank you or good by …. to the master. For a moment, I qualified myself as that master, who allowed the little creature to wonder on my Yard. Who else besides the mortgage company? I felt a normal routine feeling of a person who is in control of his environs. But later that night, in my quality soul searching moment, I was reminded of my wrong perception of the little bird and nature in general. I concluded my session with one answer to the puzzle; no part of nature should and would recognize human beings as the master. We all cohabitate this planet and equally share its resources. Of course we humans are entrusted by God to rule and use nature for the common good of all creation but we outrageously failed to follow His promise. Upsetting the balance in the domain, treating each other with malice and failing to give due respect to other cohabitants on the planet. Obsessed on self we try to control everything on the universe that we are aware of. And try to be the master of the starry sky beyond limits and all innovations in life. Admire our own creation counting the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Temple of Diana, the Tomb of Mausoleu, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Pharos Lighthouse, the Colossus of Rhodes, and the Statue of Zeus and declare them wonders of the centuries. We try to unravel the mystery of the billion distant lights that fill the heavens after dark, accept numerous theories regarding the origin of the universe and settle for the Big Bang model as the final theory for creation. But we always fail big on the major count, to concentrate enough to find the reasons for our existence, the origin of our perfect, seamless, cohesive physiology and powerful intelligence. For some we are just there by accident, with no predestined purpose. Others argue that we are a part of the side product of some cosmic activity. And still others consider being created by a supernatural power that has already lost control over us. What a perfect accident? With exact and precise results. The multi, mega size universe with each collection in its precise space and time; the suns, stars and moons with a purpose to serve, the time zones and the cycles of interactions within and outside. What a perfect accident? That produces seasons, by rotating the earth around the sun, interchange days and nights allowing nature to nurture. Does the universe look like the creation of a careless master who abandoned his responsibility half way in to final? Not At all. Is our universe that perfect? Yes!!! Yes!!! But without the accident which is incapable of producing such life sustaining phenomenon of that magnitude. It is The Lord, The Higher Master Architect of all creation who is capable of carrying out the complex and comprehensive art of such magnitude with precision. No other but The Master. No other Master but The Lord, Almighty God.
So sang the birds again the little bird with them " tue, tue cuca, cu, cu….tue, tue" to narrate me of the next day on the horizon. As stated by God that is their purpose to serve as for me to cut the grass.
God said to Noah and to his sons with him, "Behold, I establish my covenant with you and your descendants after you, and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you, as many as came out of the ark. I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth." And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant which I make set my bow in between me and you and that is with you, for all future generations: I the cloud every living creature, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember my covenant which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. When the bow is in the clouds, I will look upon it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth." God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth." So He promised to us all creatures and by His words we should live.

Seriously, you should work on your formatting. It is a really horrible thing to have to read a wall to wall page of text.

funny thing about formating articles I have written, as with my experience, In editing my article, I take extra pains to everything being in paragraphical order, but after I click -"publish" - it formats to the formatting "newsvine" has for it's column space, so, I just make sure all the p's and q's are in the right places and all the i's are dotted.

Nick - This is just fine the way you wrote it. Critics are trying to distract from the meaning of your words. Can't be done! Good job.

Re: #1 - if it's a"really horrible thing to read a wall of text, why didn't you just not read it, instead of criticizing the author? There's so many articles to choose from.

I have a question. If a person is an Atheist why do they spend so much time reading about The One Most High? I believe it is that tiny bit of fear in their heart that tells them ; Yes I am Lord and I am here, smiles everyone have a great day !

A very rewarding read Nick Giovannis.

So often we look blindly for the proofs in the existence of Our Lord, forgetting the "promise in the rainbow" as relevance to this existence. Through the view in nature can we see his hand controlling the life around and with-in us and through forgetting that if He shall provide for the sparrow he shall surely provide for us, most seek blindly for this truth that is there and here all along. We all should take a moment to breath in the freshness of the new day and absorb the power with-in it. These are the thoughts that carry me past the hard times in living and hold me securely in life .

Hi Nick,

As Ruthy said, its the words and thoughts that count.

Critics are many, doers are few.

This is the part we all struggle with, and it good that we are reminded of it often and clearly.

Good piece.

Great article Nick; thank you for the boost ! This wonderful "Garden" and all the creatures in it is a blessing beyond description and a continual source of encouragement for me.

Lately I have been drawn to the first half of the book of Romans...

20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

Blessings to you and yours Nick !

Hi Nick!

Great message!

But, I gotta tell ya that I did have a hard time reading it as I couldn't tell one sentence from the other. I am suggesting you use paragraphs in your future stories so it will break up the "block" of words.

Good piece.
